Our Process

After being approached, we will schedule a discussion with the relevant members of your team. During the meeting we will seek to understand the current process as well as any new requirements you may have. This will preferably take place at your site so we can inspect your current system in person.

When undertaking the project, we will first conduct a safety review of your process where we seek to highlight where there may be any mandatory or recommended safety enhancements to be made. This is done to both conform to the latest directives and regulations as well as give the customer and operator complete peace of mind.

Drawing from years of experience in producing control systems implementing an array of control techniques such as electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and motion control, Rotary will design a solution using the latest software packages which suits your requirements.

Upon completion of the design, we will utilise our full in house manufacturing capability to produce a control system with exceptional build quality.

After manufacture and testing has been completed, we encourage a factory acceptance test. When satisfied we will then deliver to your site where we will install, integrate, test and commission the system as well as offer any training that may be required.

We can offer a scheduled maintenance program tailored specifically to your system to ensure that the probability of unscheduled downtime is significantly reduced.
