Final Form Winder

This latest development from Rotary, for one of our UK customers, has revolutionised the manufacture of small, diamond coils. Coils are wound on to a bespoke former to match the exact coil geometry required, thus removing the need for subsequent forming operations. The process is PLC controlled with all features found in our standard coil winding machines.
