Simon Swallow Engineering Director
Having served his apprenticeship with Rotary Electrical, Simon transferred to the design office and has several years experience in the design and manufacture of Rotary’s extensive range of equipment. He heads up the design function and uses his wealth of experience to ensure customers have the best solution for their needs.
Andrew Papka Export Manager
Andrew has over 20 years experience in engineering and his expertise in the exporting field ensures we can efficiently deliver goods and services world-wide.
Peter Parker – foreman – Rotary Burnand
Peter has over 25 years experience with Burnand and has built up a team with a wealth of experience. Their experience and knowledge enable Rotary to maintain and develop our reputation for quality.
David Proctor – foreman – Rotary Engineering
Over 20 years of experience enable David and his team to provide a full range workshop equipment for the motor rewind trade. Their skills are adaptable; we are able to support customers by providing engineering solutions which solve challenging problems.
Several of the Engineers have over 20 years experience with Rotary. Knowledge is being passed on to those who have less years of service to enable Rotary to continue providing a high quality service in the years to come. All staff are encouraged to continue to increase their knowledge and skills. Adopting a culture which promotes the development of our staff and seeking continuous improvement we aim to provide a first class service to our customers.
