Our standard product range covers the needs of most repair workshops or coil manufacturing facilities.

There are however occasions when a standard machine doesn’t quite meet the required specification or a completely new machine is required for a different application. It is on these occasions that Rotary Engineering can help.

We have the skill, resource and knowledge to be able to design and manufacture new machines to meet the customer’s functional specification. We are able to use state of the art technology in the design stage to ensure the finished product meets all the design criteria.

Rotary Engineering uses Solidworks for all drawing and design work. This enables us to produce 3D models of components, assemblies and complete machines and allows us to model the finished machine before any manufacturing begins. This software also gives us the opportunity to produce an edrawing that may be emailed directly to the customer and viewed without any special software. The edrawing has all the viewing functionality of the native Solidworks file and has proved to be a very useful tool at the concept stage of product development where clear communication of ideas between our team and the customer is of paramount importance.

We have produced modified versions of many machines in our standard product range including:
