Coil Gauging Unit

The coil gauging unit is designed to hold a fully formed coil so that all dimensions and geometry can be verified, ensuring consistency whilst reducing investment in the requirement for expensive fixed templates.

This new and unique product from Rotary Engineering has been developed with some of the UK’s top coil producers. Working closely with experienced coil makers, this valuable addition to the Rotary range is available on a bespoke basis only to match your coil range requirements.

The coil gauging unit is fully adjustable for slot length, spread and angle and can be set and locked to your coil dimensions. It is designed to hold a pre-spread coil so that all dimensions can be checked and any minor work such as adjustments to the radii can be made.
