Range - Cut to Length machine

The cut to length machine is designed for the purpose of cutting wire to the exact length that you require.

This machine will allow of wire of any length to be cut by moving the tables apart.

It allows the operator to cut the wire quickly and accurately to a high standard.

The wire is held securely by two adjustable clamps located at either end of the bench

Once clamped the wire is then pulled tight by a pneumatic piston.

This pulling and tightening will remove any bends in the wire, to give accurate and consistent sub conductor lengths.

Once the wire has been pulled straight it is cut to the desired length with the guillotine
