Stator Cut Off Machines

From our comprehensive range of specialist equipment for the modern rewind shop, the SC2 and SC3B are used to remove end windings from electrical machines quickly and without damaging the laminations.

SC2

Floor or bench mounted.

For stators up to 460 mm long with bore diameters from 100 mm min to 450 mm max.

SC3B

Floor mounted.

For stator internal diameters of 200 mm up to 900 mm and stator heights up to 1190 mm from the table or 1600 mm from the floor.

PCP3

The pneumatic coil pulling machine designed to remove faulty coils from electric motors which require rewinding.

When the coil end has been cut off (using an SC2 or SC3B), the stator is turned on its end and then secured on the coil puller for the extraction operation.
