Range - Coil Spreader

Coil spreaders from Rotary Engineering UK Ltd are designed to form coils from loops prior to pressing.

Typically they are used to form high quality diamond coils although they can be adapted to form other types of coil.

This adaptable product is part the Coil Shop range manufactured by Rotary Engineering UK Ltd. It complements the wide choice of loop winders and coil presses available

The machine is pneumatic in operation and independent of any other power source.

Our coil spreaders are fully adjustable, simple to operate and have low running costs.

Design of the standard range is continually updated to incorporate the best features of new technology.

Pneumatic Control	Although generally located in the centre of the machine, the pneumatic control levers can be place in a position to suit the customer.
Customisation	We can manufacture our coil spreaders with increased pulling capacity for those awkward coils and for special applications.
Standard Duty Spreaders	1.5 m to 2.5 m
Heavy Duty Coil Spreaders	We are happy to consider requests for heavy duty models, although we have the CS53 spreader for coils up to 5.3 m as standard.
