CNC Range - Automated Taping Machine 200

This new high precision CNC controlled Taping Machine is part of a range of electromechanical automation equipment now offered by Rotary Engineering UK Ltd.

This machine is suitable for rotor bar and some forms of stator coil taping.

The taping head on the machine is able to perform taping at different angles and different speeds depending on the coil shape and size.

The machine is able to function both manually and automatically.

For larger coils it has an anti-shock function for grasping manipulators along with a multi-point safety protection procedure.

The machine is computer numerical controlled. To wrap a coil, the operator places the spread coil into the machine, manually wraps a few turns of insulation tape, then presses the start button.
