CNC Range - Automated Bar Forming Machine

This new high precision CNC controlled Coil Forming Machine is part of a range of electromechanical automatic coil forming equipment now offered by Rotary Engineering UK Ltd.

These automatic coil forming machines are typically used to wind stator coils for motors. It is suitable for looping of a single-coil or simultaneous looping of several coils.

This automatic coil forming equipment has the ability to have the parameters displayed, modified and stored for easy access; this is done via the touch-screen display.

The coil forming machine is able to wind loops automatically i.e. automatic wire feed, loop and automatic shear.

It uses closed loop feedback control to tension the wires during pay off. A composite guide wheel system prevents damage to the wire insulation.
