CNC Range - Automated Bar Forming Machine

The new high precision CNC controlled Bar Forming Machine and other coil forming equipment are part of a range of electromechanical automation equipment now offered by Rotary Engineering UK Ltd.

This machine is used for rotor bar forming.

To operate the machine, all that is required is a pre-cut bar, which is then placed into the machine.

The forming machine than performs all the necessary movements; positioning, clamping, bending and radius forming.

This is done via the pre-set programs.

The entire process only takes a few seconds.

The forming equipment can have 25 sets of product forming parameters.
