Range - Burn Off Ovens

The purpose of a Burn Off oven is to reclaim stators and stator windings safely, quickly and economically, whilst minimising the impact on the environment.

The oven is designed to process the amount of combustible material usually found in electric motor stators, as a guide approximately 2% by weight.

Ovens can be fired by natural gas, oil or LPG.

They operate automatically to a variable preset temperature and have an after burner to convert exhaust fumes to water vapour and carbon dioxide, meeting current environmental legislation.

Water injection system which regulates oven temperature under "Run Away" conditions and a 450° safety cut out trip are fitted as standard.
